It has recently come to my attention that there is an idea as it pertains to psi phenomenon that a correlation can possibly be drawn between spontaneous psi and Local Sidereal Time. The best results are said to be between 13:30 and 14:00 LST with the most exciting occurring at 13:47. There is also talk about Solar Flares, etc effecting the Earth's geomagnetism and its possible influence on psi.
